Genealogical Research

We specialise in tracing your ancestors who came from glorious Gloucestershire, the city of Bristol and the neighbouring counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire;

We aim to uncover the hidden facts and events which will bring your family history to life.

We are happy to undertake research in any or all of the Gloucestershire repositories as well as those in Bristol, Herefordshire and Worcestershire archives.  No task is too small or too large; a single look-up, a search for an event, a full family history or anything in between.

Our current charges are 15 UKP or 25 USD per hour plus costs of travel, postage, copying or certificate purchase, etc.. Other currencies may be accepted by prior arrangement.  If absolutely essential, we can organise payment by credit card.  We do not have standard rates for specific tasks as a search can last a few minutes, take many hours or we may never find what you are seeking so we tend to work in research sessions of one, two, or more hours at a time.  In such cases, we are happy to be paid after we have done a task as long as a fixed limit is agreed by both parties.
